My Husband has farmed Cattle & Sheep for over 30 years, living and growing up in the farming community.  We now have two teenagers born and raised into the farming life, who are also showing a keen interest.  With the challenging outlook farming is enduring at the moment we had to think of an idea to work hand in hand with what we already do in order to protect a livelihood the kids love.

They’ve always been interested in rare breed cattle & Sheep.  Between them they have quite an expanding herd ranging from belted Galloways, Longhorn and Highland cows.  Their flock of sheep include Jacobs, Zwartble, Wensleydale’s to name but a few.  We pride ourselves in the wide variety of top-quality meat we have to offer.  Highland Premier Country Meats is an exciting opportunity for the whole family.  We are fully committed to long hours and all the extra work before and after school.
